Weather Policy:
If it has been forecasted that it might rain, you have the option to cancel your inflatable the morning of the event. Once the inflatable jump has been setup all payments are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if inclement weather is imminent, up to time of delivery.

If severe weather conditions occurs such as rain, high winds, etc. during your rental; get all of the children out of the unit, and unplug the blower from the outlet.  When the weather subsides you may plug the blower back in to the outlet and inflate the jump.  Allow jump to complete dry, before allowing your children back into jump.

Delivery Charges: 
Due to high cost of fuel, we are charging a fuel charge depending on your location.

Payment Options:
We accept cash, credit cards, and checks from organizations

Deposit and Cancellation policies:
We may require a 10% deposit at the time of reservation for our larger inflatable rentals.

You have up to one week before your bounce rental to cancel your inflatable, after that a fee may apply depending on the type of inflatable you have reserved.
